The Students' Union at LTH (TLTH) is the student union for all the students at LTH. The most important task of TLTH is to monitor the education maintaining and improving the quality of the education. Apart from this, TLTH organizes career events and leisure activities to make sure the students can make the most out of their time at LTH.
Most of the activities at LTH are organized by the Guilds, which are dependent on TLTH.
The Students' Union at Lund's Technical University (TLTH) with its over 8000 members, is the oldest and largest of Lund's 9 Student Unions. A membership in TLTH is necessary to participate in events organized by any of the Guilds or TLTH. Become a memeber here. Once you’ve paid the membership fee your membership will be valid for the entirety of your studies at LTH. The TLTH membership is called Mecenat and works as your student-ID. Besides allowing you to attend events hosted by TLTH or one of the Guilds, the membership also offers you a lot of great deals. It is recommended to download the Mecenat-app on your phone to view your Mecenat-card digitally, but you can also request a physical card if you prefer. And if you have any troubles, your mentors are more than happy to help!

Hello and a warm welcome to your time at LTH!
My name is Axel Kjellberg and I am the Chairman for the Student Union at the Faculty of Engineering, LTH. It is in my biggest pleasure to welcome you into our community here at LTH, not least into the Student Union, your Union. My nine colleagues and I are regular students whom have taken a study leave in order to work full time with everything that has to do with the Student Union! We look forward to getting to know all of you newly admitted, when you arrive on campus.
The introduction period and the autumn semester are just around the corner and you are facing a fantastic new chapter in your life. Your time as a student is both filled to the brim with challenges and offers endless opportunities. To make your study time as wonderful as it can be and to help you if things get tough, the Student Union is there for you. Together with our eleven Guilds, the Student Union works, among other things, to ensure that the quality of your education is as high as possible. We have contact with the working world so that you can get an idea of what you can do after your studies and the opportunity to make contact with future employers, including through the ARKAD job fair. Of course, we also arrange lots of social events and festivities where you have the opportunity to both participate and get involved, not least during the introduction period!
Introduction is the first step into a completely crazy world of experiences and new friends. Dare to dive into it and enjoy it to the fullest. Try new things and challenge yourself. Your time at LTH can change your life in all sorts of good ways! It has done that for me anyway and I am very happy for all the student involvement and that I have been able to get involved in everything that the sections and the union have to offer. It has developed me enormously. So, I would like to once again extend you a very warm welcome on behalf of the entire Student Union. Lund is a fantastic student city and I hope you will feel at home here at LTH.

How incredibly exciting that you’ve made it to Lund and LTH - congratulations from all of us at Teknologkåren, the student union at LTH!
We are the sabbatical officers of the Student Union – 8 students who have taken a year off from our studies to
work full-time with everything related to your time as a student at LTH. We each have different responsibilities, ranging from student politics and education monitoring to finances, leisure activities, and corporate relations.
We’re here to make your time at LTH as educational and fun as possible!
Life as a Full-timer is very diverse. We work closely with LTH,
coordinate the guilds, and organize events on behalf of Teknologkåren. We also
get the chance to represent Teknologkåren at countless events within Lund’s
student life. You’ll even spot us at some of the introduction events running
around in our grey overalls. Feel free to come say hi!
On weekdays, you’ll find us at our office in Kårhuset. You’ll also find
Camilla there – the Union’s administrator – who can help you with everything from bookings to
lost things.

My name is Norea Sjöberg and I have the honorable mission of being this year's Nollegeneral. This means that during the spring, together with the Nolleamiral, the Øverstar and all other responsible people in the Student's Union's guilds, I have worked to make your first time here at LTH as fantastic as possible.
The Introduction offers a wide range of activities and for us who organise it, it is extra important that you as Nolla know that the idea is not that you should be involved in everything, the idea is rather that there should be something for everyone. You should also have time for your studies!
We here at the Student's Union are incredibly proud that our union is a place where you can feel safe, develop and have a good time studying regardless of who you are. This means that you, as a new member, have a responsibility to ensure that this good atmosphere is maintained. Show respect and consideration for your fellow students and you will get it back a thousandfold.

We are the Introduction Committee (NollU) at The Student's Union; the Chief of Introduction, the Head of Introduction, four Øverstar, and a lot of volunteers. Our goal during the past year has been to plan a fun and safe Introduction as possible. We host events where you get to experience and compete in everything from a naval battle at the Regatta to a soapbox car race on the Nollelördag, all this while meeting a bunch of other students from all of TLTH's guilds! We at NollU are looking forward to meeting you, and we hope you have a fantastic Introduction!

At LTH there are 11 Guilds (including the Doctorial Guild) that are subordinate to the Student Union. You are a member of the Guild which includes the program you study. Each Guild runs its own activities for its members, but it also occurs that the Guilds collaborate and hold events together. The Guild's activities can offer a member many different opportunities, which fits their interests. In addition to taking part in the many different events that are organised at your Guild, you can also get involved as a volunteer in one of the Comittees to plan and work on the events yourself.
