The Student Council, SrBK, represents the students in study related issues, and is the link between students and teachers responsible for the courses. After every completed course, SrBK helps with evaluating the course so that the courses, and the quality of our education, keeps improving. SrBK can also help if there should be a problem in the course, for an individual student, or in case of more extensive problems which are solved in collaboration with the responsible teachers.

Are you interested in testing what it's like to be involved in the Guild? Here's your chance, apply for Ettan or Bettan! Every autumn, two students in year 1 are elected to the Study Council, one from K (Ettan) and one from B (Bettan). Ettan and Bettan's task is to be course representatives, i.e. to help the Study Council, in the courses during the autumn in 1st year Bachelor's. Ettan and Bettan have an important role because they give the Study Council insight into year 1 and can flag early if extra support is needed in any way. In addition to the fact that the work makes a difference for all course participants, the position as Ettan or Bettan is a perfect chance to test what it's like to be part of a committee.

The Safety Committee, known as SU, works with the environmental and psychosocial efforts of the Guild. This includes work on equal treatment, safeguarding students’ physical and mental well-being, inclusion of international students, and the Guild’s environmental initiatives. The Safety Committee includes, among others, the Equality and Safety Officers of the Guild who have professional secrecy. You can always turn to them if you have been mistreated, injured at school, on your way to school or on your way from school, or if you have experienced any other concerns or insecurities. The Study Committee, SM, works with promoting studies by organizing various motivating events. Everything from inspirational lunch lectures to study evenings with food for you to keep the concentration up. The Study Committee also organizes second hand book events to make it easy for students to sell and buy course literature.
