The Students' Union at LTH (TLTH) is the student union for all the students at LTH. The most important task of TLTH is to monitor the education maintaining and improving the quality of the education. Apart from this, TLTH organizes career events and leisure activities to make sure the students can make the most out of their time at LTH.
Most of the activities at LTH are organized by the Guilds, which are dependent on TLTH.

A membership in TLTH is necessary to participate in events organized by any of the Guilds or TLTH. Become a memeber here. Once you’ve paid the membership fee your membership will be valid for the entirety of your studies at LTH. The TLTH membership is called Mecenat and works as your student-ID. Besides allowing you to attend events hosted by TLTH or one of the Guilds, the membership also offers you a lot of great deals. It is recommended to download the Mecenat-app on your phone to view your Mecenat-card digitally, but you can also request a physical card if you prefer. And if you have any troubles, your mentors are more than happy to help!

Hello and a warm welcome to LTH!
My name is Ebba Ljunggren, and I am the President of the Student Union at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University (TLTH). Usually, I also study at LTH, but I have taken a leave of absence to work full-time on issues that concern us students.
Autumn is approaching, and you are now entering an incredibly exciting time in your life. Your time as a student comes with endless opportunities and can be a truly wonderful experience. To ensure that your study time is just that wonderful and to support you when things get tough, the Student Union is here for you.
Together with our eleven sections, the Student Union works to ensure that the quality of your education is as high as possible. We also have connections with the business world to give you an idea of what you can do after your studies and to provide opportunities to connect with future employers, such as through the career fair ARKAD. Of course, we also organize numerous social events and festivities where you have the opportunity to both participate and get involved, especially during the Introduction!
The Introduction is one of the craziest experiences you can have, and I encourage you to dive into it, try something new, and dare to challenge yourself. My life has, cliché as it may sound, turned upside down since I became part of the LTH community, and I am incredibly grateful for all the opportunities that student involvement has brought. You are about to enter a period of both strange and transformative experiences, and it is an honor for me to welcome you into it. Lund is a fantastic place, and I hope that you, just like me, will feel at home at LTH.

Hi there Nollan!
How fun that you have found your way to Lund and LTH - a big congratulations from us at Teknologkåren at Lunds Tekniska Högskola, TLTH!
We are the union's sabbatical officers, 10 students who have taken a year's study break to work full-time with everything related to your time as a student at LTH. We all have different main responsibilities that cover everything from student politics and education monitoring to finances, leisure activities and rental activities. We exist to simply make your time here as educational and fun as possible!
Life as a sabbatical officer is very varied. In addition to working closely with LTH, we have regular meetings with the other student unions in Sweden and get to represent Teknologkåren at many events within Lund's student life. At some events during the Nollning you will also be able to see us running around in our gray suits.
During weekdays you will find us all at the office in Kårhuset. There you'll also find Camilla, the Student Union's secretary, who will be happy to help you with everything from bookings to lost items. Please come and visit us!

Hey there! We are the Introduction officers for this year's Introduction!
But what exactly is an Introduction officer? Well, we are regular LTH students who have worked during the spring and summer to welcome you with some fantastic events where you and your guild compete in various tasks against other guilds, from soapbox races to water fights. Equally important, if not more so, is the opportunity to get to know other mentees, including those from other guilds. To say that we are super excited to meet you is an understatement, and we can't wait to see all the amazing and wonderful things you will accomplish.

The Introduction officers
There are 11 Guilds at LTH (including the PHD students' Guild) which are subordinate TLTH. You are a member of the Guild including the program or courses you take. Every Guild organizes their own activities, but they also work together to organize larger events. The Guild activities offer many opportunities. You can both attend a variety of events organized by the Guild, or join a Committee and help organize the events yourself.
